I was recently watching an old video of Matt Cutts in which he was saying that, it’s hard to make Google work without backlinks as a ranking factor, and that means backlinks are still very important for getting a higher position in search results. And the most important of all are, edu backlinks and gov backlinks because these are mostly an authority website and have the highest value of backlinks.

Find edu backlinks list ?

After you finish commenting on the above list you can surely go ahead and start looking for more blogs for .edu backlinks. You can find more blogs by following the two ways:

1). Using Google

Google is the great search tool and you can find almost everything using it, not the ‘Jesus’ obviously. To find the .edu blogs with comment enabled you will have to use the Google’s advance search syntax like below:

site:.edu inurl:blog

site:.edu inurl:blog “comment”

site:.edu inurl:blog “responses”

You can even include your keywords additionally to make it more targeted.

2). Using DropMyLink

It also uses Google only, to find the blogs, but makes it little easier by using the advance search syntaxes automatically. You can use it to find even more different types of backlink building possibilities.

Just enter your keyword, select the types of results you want and click the search button and you will be presented with the huge list for you to start on.
